Account Tree Global works exclusively with Global Capability Centres. Not as a specialism among many. As the entire firm: 100% of our clients are international companies building or running GCCs in India.
That is an unusual thing for a professional services firm to do. Firms are built to add practice areas, not refuse them. This page is about why we chose differently, and who the people behind that choice are.
The founding story
Why two Chartered Accountants built a firm that does only this
Both of our founders are Chartered Accountants who spent their careers inside multinational corporations, on the receiving end of professional services. They saw the same pattern from that side of the table: international companies entering India were served by generalists, an incorporation team here, a compliance practice there, a consulting arm somewhere else, each competent, none accountable for whether the centre itself succeeded.
A Global Capability Centre is not a sum of service lines. It is one thing: a living operation with an entity, people, premises, obligations, and a parent company an ocean away that needs to trust all of it. Serving it well means owning all of it.
So they built the firm the opposite way around: start with the one thing, and refuse everything else. Every engagement ATG has ever taken is a GCC engagement. The pattern recognition that comes from that is the product: when you have only ever done this, nothing about your situation surprises you.
What we believe
The convictions we run the firm on
Specifics over reassurance. "Trust us" is not an answer. Named deadlines, published playbooks, live compliance status, and written commitments are. Where we cannot be specific, we say so.
One point of accountability. Every gap between vendors is the client's risk. We structured the firm so there are no gaps: whoever advises also executes, and one named person answers for all of it.
The professionals who sign are the professionals you meet. Chartered Accountants do the work, stand behind the numbers, and take your calls. There is no layer between the client and the people responsible.
Say the uncomfortable thing early. Attrition is real. Regulatory timelines are what they are. A model that suits us may not suit the client. Saying so early is cheaper for everyone than discovering it late.
