Platform

The promises on this site have software behind them

Elsewhere on this site we promise you live compliance status, a monthly governance pack, and visibility of your India centre from anywhere. This page shows you where those promises live.

Nine integrated modules, one login, one source of truth, built by the same Chartered Accountant-led team that runs your engagement.

Why a services firm built its own platform

Because “trust us” is not a reporting system

The oldest problem with operations on another continent is that the work happens where you cannot see it. Most firms answer that with meetings and PDFs. We answered it with software: every obligation, payslip, filing, ledger line, and document in your engagement lives on the platform, updated as the work happens, visible to you at any hour in your time zone.

We did not license this from a vendor and rebadge it. We built it, because a firm that does only GCCs knows exactly what an overseas CFO needs to see, and no general-purpose tool shows it.

And that is the confidence behind this page. Whatever your India operation throws up, a deadline that looks missed, a payroll edge case, a transfer-pricing question at midnight your time, there is a module that has already seen it. We are not ready for any challenge in general. We are ready for every challenge this specific job produces, because it is the only job we do.

The nine modules

Nine modules, one operational picture

Control Tower

Unified operations dashboard

Your centre on one screen: live KPIs per entity and consolidated (revenue, cash, payroll cost, receivables, tax liabilities), the compliance calendar, and cross-module alerts, so a bill overdue, a filing due, or a payroll anomaly surfaces here first. Views are role-aware: a founder sees strategy, a controller sees close status, an HR head sees headcount and cost. A board-pack snapshot, P&L, headcount, compliance heatmap, exports in a click. This is the screen that makes 8,000 kilometres irrelevant.

Groundwork

Entity setup and incorporation

The setup playbook we publish on this site, running as a guided workflow: a structure advisor weighing subsidiary against branch against EOR, then name reservation, incorporation filings, tax registrations, foreign-investment and central-bank reporting, through to a launch-ready checklist of bank account, digital signatures, and board resolutions, each step tracked and visible. When incorporation completes, recurring filings are created in the compliance calendar automatically, so the classic post-incorporation gaps never open.

Crew

HR, payroll and statutory processing

The complete employee lifecycle: localised contracts and offer letters, onboarding checklists, attendance and leave with accruals and carry-forward, appraisals, and a self-service portal where your people get payslips, tax sheets, and policies without raising a ticket. Payroll runs on a locked-snapshot workflow, in progress, processed, then frozen, so every figure is traceable and auditors get an immutable record. Provident fund, state insurance, professional tax, and gratuity are computed from platform-managed rule tables, and one tax engine keeps the payslip, the tax sheet, and the year-end certificate perfectly consistent.

Radar

Live compliance calendar

A rolling multi-year calendar of every obligation your registrations create: direct and indirect tax, payroll levies, company law filings, and central-bank reporting, with alerts that fire days, weeks, and months before a deadline, not after it. Each month's transactions are locked into an evidence pack that an AI review reads for anomalies and gaps, and every completed filing carries its acknowledgement, so audit preparation becomes retrieval, not reconstruction. The compliance calendar we publish on this site is a page; Radar is that calendar running your entity in real time.

Ledger

Accounting and financial reporting

The full source-to-ledger pipeline: bills captured by OCR, bank statements auto-mapped against them, accruals and prepayments amortised day-proportionally, and manual journals validated to zero difference. Transfer-pricing workings, cost-plus with per-account exclusions, are generated from the same books, which matters enormously for a GCC. Reports arrive investor-ready: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, MIS packs, and ageing, with every line traceable to its source document. Month-end close moves from weeks to days because nothing waits for month-end to be true.

Quartermaster

Procurement and vendor management

Vendor onboarding with KYC, tax IDs, and bank details captured once, purchase requests flowing through approval to purchase order, and a rules engine that learns each vendor's expense head and withholding treatment and applies it to the next bill. Spend analytics by vendor, category, and period show where the negotiation leverage is, and withholding compliance is built into the vendor record itself, so a missed deduction has nowhere to hide.

Vault

Secure document repository

Every contract, filing, payslip, invoice, and resolution, filed automatically as it is created elsewhere on the platform, no manual uploads. Natural-language AI search and OCR-indexed full text mean the answer to "where is that document?" is a search, not an archaeology project. Versioning, role-based access, and document hashing for tamper evidence keep the repository audit-grade: onboarding a new controller or auditor takes hours, not weeks.

Navigator

AI assistant and audit agents

An AI layer grounded in your own data, and only your own data: every answer cites the ledger row, document, or transaction it came from. Audit agents run configurable checklists against the books and registers, raising findings into an exception register with an assignee, a due date, and a status, and payroll anomaly detection flags unusual variances with explanations. Your employees get a plain-English assistant for payslips and policies; your CFO gets cash-flow projections and compliance risk scoring. Think of it as a junior audit team that never sleeps, supervised by the Chartered Accountants who sign.

Helpdesk

Built-in support ticketing

Every HR, payroll, finance, or compliance question raised in one place, auto-routed by category and entity, tracked against SLAs with escalation, and answered faster because the context arrives with the ticket: a payroll query opens with the employee's payslip and leave balance already visible. Nothing about your engagement lives in a lost email thread.

One source of truth

Nine modules, one source of truth

The modules are not nine products in a bundle. Every payslip posts to the ledger. Every ledger line ties to a document. Every document is searchable. Every deadline is on the calendar, and every filing carries its evidence. Every entity in your group runs on the same operating model, with the same transparency at every step.

That is the difference between a stack of point solutions and a platform, and it is why the picture on Control Tower can be trusted: it is not a report someone assembled, it is the system describing itself.

Control Tower sits at the centre; the eight other modules connect to it as one system.

What this means for how your engagement feels

The platform is why our transparency promises are safe to make

Read the commitments on our Why ATG page again with this platform in mind. Always-current compliance visibility is Radar. The monthly governance pack is assembled from Ledger and Control Tower, not from memory. The audit trail behind every document is Vault. The named person accountable to you works on the same platform you see, so there is no version of events to reconcile: you are both looking at the same screen.

Every ATG engagement runs on the platform. It is not an add-on or a premium tier; it is how we work.

This is what being built for one thing looks like.

FAQ

Common questions about the platform

Is the platform included in an ATG engagement?

Yes. Every engagement runs on the platform, and your access comes with the engagement. It is how we deliver the visibility this site promises, not a separately priced tier.

Who can see our data on the platform?

Access is role-based and defined by you: your team sees what you grant them, our engagement team sees what they need to do the work, and sensitive documents stay with the roles they belong to. Every organisation's data is isolated, every access is logged, and your data remains yours under every engagement model.

Does it replace our existing systems?

No. It runs your India operations and reports upward into your world: it stays synced with the underlying accounting system, and financial reporting is produced in your group's formats and standards. Your global stack stays your global stack.

How do we know the AI is not making things up?

Because it is grounded in your data and shows its working: every answer cites the specific ledger row, document, or transaction it is based on, and the audit agents' findings sit in an exception register you can inspect item by item. In a regulated environment, an AI that cannot cite its source is not worth having.
